I love food! And I have discovered a delicious balance of eating NUTRIENT DENSE FOODS and COMFORT FOODS that empowered my mental health and mood. Researching and learning to cook healthier meals has become a daily, self-care passion!

This new foodie journey has helped me manage clinical and seasonal depression (SAD) during the difficult times of quarantine and isolation since March 2020. This focus has helped me stay positive, resilient and optimistic while giving me much to look forward to each new day.

• Cod liver oil: Vit A, D3
• Pasture raised eggs: Vit A, D3, K2
• Grass Fed Butter: Vit A, D3, K2
• Raw cheeses: Vit A, D, K2, E

Other key daily additions:
• 1 Litre water with 1 teaspoon freshly squeezed lemon
• Multi-vitamins

• Vitamin D3 supplements
• Calcium supplements
